Jefferey M. Wilkins Esq.

Jeffery M. Wilkins, Esq.

Jeff was born and raised on the Space Coast of Florida. He attended the University of Florida and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in economics in 1997, receiving the University of Florida Presidential Recognition Award for academic excellence at graduation. While at Florida Jeff was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon and Golden Key Honor Societies, and a member of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. In this senior year Jeff was accepted to study at Cambridge University in England where he completed advanced course work in the economics department of Kings College. After graduation from college Jeff worked for two years as a property manager for one of the largest property management companies in Florida, managing in excess of 300 units.

Jeff went on to receive his Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2001 and was admitted to the Florida Bar and the Federal Middle District of Florida in 2002. While at Stetson, Jeff was selected for the State Judicial Internship under Chief Judge David A. Demers for the Sixth Judicial Circuit and was a Board Member on Stetson's Moot Court Team, winning multiple competition awards. At graduation from Stetson Jeff was presented the E. Harris Drew Memorial Award, which is presented to only one member of each graduating class for excellence in oral and written advocacy.

Jeff's law practice is concentrated in civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis in construction defect claims, premises liability, real estate disputes and insurance coverage issues. Due to his litigation and mediation experience Jeff has been a featured speaker for multiple trade and educational organizations, including Jacksonville REIA, Northeast Florida Association of Residential Property Managers and the National Business Institute.
